During this GA, delegates were treated to an exciting excursion in and around Tokyo. They visited the Edo-Tokyo museum, had lunch on Tokyo Bay and saw some of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics & Paralympics sites. Delegates enjoyed a cruise on Tokyo Bay and saw the busy modern sides of Tokyo from the sea.

In the afternoon, the trip visited the Meiji Shrine, the biggest shrine in Tokyo; which more than 3 million people visit during the three days of the New Year. It is also known for its vast forest, now a natural habitat for some rare animals and insects in the midst of this busy city. The blissful weather proved to be bright, sunny with the air cool and crisp, perfect sightseeing weather added to the enjoyment of all who joined.
