SEMINAR 1: Be A Leader
2 sessions of 3 hours each
This is the most important skill in the eyes of organisations. However, people do not share the same vision of leadership. It is therefore important to have a shared understanding of what leadership is (and is not).
A leader aligns those around them with the goals and priorities of the organisation. It also leads them to surpass themselves and collaborate with each other. Also, since the first quality of a leader is to know themselves well, self-awareness must be addressed since one has to manage oneself before managing others.

SEMINAR 2: Master the Management Essentials
2 sessions of 3 hours each
In a context that is growing in complexity, instability, and pressure, it is becoming essential to revisit the job of manager – its roles and responsibilities, its skills, and best practices. Participants will be invited to examine their values, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviours as a manager. Particular attention will be paid to the importance, for the manager, of being proactive in the face of changes and of supporting their staff with confidence in new ways of doing things.

SEMINAR 3: Boost Your Leadership Skills
6 sessions of 3 hours each
The responsibility of leading a team to performance has never been easy. But, in a context where we tend to lose our bearings (working from home, new generation), managers often find themselves helpless and short of solutions.
The program devotes a significant portion of Module 1 to helping participants upgrade their people management skills and review their toolbox to maintain engagement, increase performance and build loyalty among their team members.

SEMINAR 4: Focus on Human Resources to Succeed
3 sessions of 3 hours each
Achieving an organisation’s goals depends on its people. Any manager must be comfortable with the tools that will allow them to deal effectively with the essential concerns in human resources management: aligning the interests and skills of staff with strategic priorities, avoiding selection errors, identifying, and developing talent and equitably recognise contributions.
