Course: Building Demand for On-Demand Services

Building Demand for On-Demand Services: SBS Australia Case Study (Special Broadcasting Service)

This session is scheduled for 2023 To express interest in the course please contact the Academy academy@abu.org.my

There is no doubt that on-demand services are challenging traditional television business models by serving people with what they want, where and when they want it.  Can and should public service broadcasters compete in this area, or should they leave it entirely to commercial operators and service providers?

This session will focus on how public service broadcasters can market and manage such services to compete with Netflix and other OTT video services.
