On Camera Presenting is aimed at those working towards on-camera presenting or for those wanting to update their skills base. It covers presenting in front of the cameras on television and online for large broadcast media outlets as well as the ever increasing, smaller media outlets, and varied client bases.

The course was presented by Amina Taylor in association with London TV Training.

Course outline
Two webinars – opening and closing – with discussions between Amina, Steve Ahern (Director ABU Media Academy) and Hasam Jamalinik, and where participants could also ask questions.

Presenter: Amina Taylor

Amina Taylor

Amina Taylor is a television presenter, journalist, broadcaster and writer. As a senior journalist she has travelled extensively and presented programs on historic events such as the Arab Spring, Japan’s devastating tsunami and earthquake, as well as Scottish independence, Brexit, countless UK/US elections and can still be found reporting on breaking stories for London Broadcast Partners and their clients across the Middle East and Africa. As a broadcaster Amina has been the co-host of ‘The Dotun and Amina Show’ on BBC London and continues to appear across the BBC network as a commentator and analyst.

Amina is also the former editor of Pride magazine (Europe’s longest running lifestyle publication for women of colour) and was a columnist for The Guardian newspaper, She Caribbean, The Voice newspaper and has written for The Independent, The Times, Upscale magazine and many others. Amina has served as host and producer of several documentaries including ‘Under the Skin of Black Britain’ and ‘The Killing of Mark Duggan’.
