Welcome, Registration for B20 Coordination Opens!

Kindly see the invitation email from HFCC chairman dated 10 July 2020 as below.

Dear Members and Colleagues:

The HFCC Steering Board met yesterday to discuss the procedures for B20 Coordination, since we had to cancel the B20 Conference in Sofia. Here are the important points:

1. Instead of one week from 24-28 August, we are extending the B20 coordination period to 27 July-28 August. So please remember to upload your B20 requirements by 27 July.

2. Please register for the B20 Coordination, just as you do for any regular conference. There is a registration form on the conference webpage: http://hfcc.org/global/b20/meeting/ 

. Make sure that at least the primary coordination contact person from your FMO fills out this registration form. This way everyone will know who to contact at each FMO to resolve any potential collisions. There is no fee to register for this “virtual coordination conference.” It’s free, so please register right away.

3. Vladislav is implementing a procedure whereby you should receive a daily email message during the full coordination period with a link to your daily collision list.

4. We will place more information on the conference webpage prior to 27 July, and updates also between 27 July and 28 August. So please check the conference webpage regularly:
