The National Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic (UTRK) and TRT Avaz are looking to strengthen their broadcasting partnership, with discussions focusing on new opportunities for content collaboration, knowledge exchange and joint productions.

TRT Avaz Coordinator Yüzel Kılyçkaya met with UTRK Director General Ulan Satiev at UTRK, where both sides discussed ways to renew and expand their longstanding relationship.

A key priority is the revival of an existing cooperation agreement that has been inactive for the past six years. Renewing the agreement would provide a framework for greater professional and knowledge exchange between the two broadcasters.

The discussions also explored opportunities to jointly produce feature and documentary series, as well as organise large-scale television link-ups involving UTRK and TRT channels. Both organisations expressed their readiness to continue working closely and deepen cultural and information ties through broadcasting.

The renewed engagement opens the door for greater collaboration between UTRK and TRT Avaz, creating opportunities to share expertise, develop content together and bring audiences in Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye closer through media.
