MNB Strengthens International Broadcasting Cooperation with Belarus

4 Nov 2026

Mongolian National Public Radio and Television (MNB) has strengthened its international broadcasting partnerships through a cooperation agreement with Belarusian state broadcaster Belteleradiocompany.

The agreement was signed by MNB Director-General Gankhuyag Gerel and Belteleradiocompany Director-General Ivan Eismont as part of wider bilateral cooperation between Mongolia and Belarus.

The partnership aims to expand broadcasting collaboration and promote greater understanding of the two countries’ histories, societies and cultures through television programming.

Under the agreement, both broadcasters will explore exchanges of documentaries, feature films and television content, alongside opportunities to develop joint productions.

Cooperation will also extend to professional capacity building, participation in broadcasting festivals and exhibitions, and support for technical and media-related initiatives, creating opportunities for continued knowledge sharing between the two organisations.
