Public Service Media (PSM) has successfully concluded the first phase of its Masterclass on Digital Content Creation, a professional development programme aimed at strengthening the communication capabilities of media teams from government ministries and state-owned enterprises. The initiative is being conducted in collaboration with the President’s Office and the Maldives Media Institute (MMI).

The programme is designed to enhance the technical and creative skills of communication professionals, enabling them to deliver timely, accurate, and engaging information to the public across digital platforms. Participants received practical training in digital content creation to improve the quality and effectiveness of public sector communications.

PSM Managing Director Ahmed Shakeeb said the initiative supports more effective public communication by equipping media personnel with the skills needed to better showcase government initiatives and services. The first phase concluded with seven participants completing the programme, with plans to expand the training to more participants in future phases.
