Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), through Radio Pakistan Multan, has completed a professional training workshop aimed at developing broadcasting skills and strengthening media capabilities among emerging talent.
The two-day programme focused on modern broadcasting techniques and brought together university interns, presenters, announcers, radio jockeys and newsreaders.
Organised under the direction of PBC Director General Saeed Ahmed Shaikh, the workshop formed part of efforts to enhance professional standards and prepare participants for the evolving demands of the broadcasting industry.
The programme also emphasised the importance of responsible and credible communication in an increasingly competitive media environment, particularly as traditional broadcasters adapt to the influence of social media.
A certificate presentation ceremony was held on 29 October to recognise participants and trainers, with speakers highlighting Radio Pakistan’s contribution to public education, cultural preservation and professional development.
