The National Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic (UTRK) has strengthened its international media collaboration through the signing of a new Memorandum of Cooperation with the China Intercontinental Communications Center (CICC) and Dolon TV. The agreement builds on a partnership established in 2023 and is aimed at expanding cooperation in content production, technology and professional exchange.

A key component of the renewed partnership is the technical modernisation of UTRK’s broadcasting infrastructure. Under the agreement, the Chinese partners will provide modern broadcasting equipment to enhance the corporation’s production capabilities and improve the quality of television services in line with international standards. The collaboration also paves the way for joint media projects and deeper cooperation between the participating organisations, supporting UTRK’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its broadcasting services and international partnerships.
