Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) have discussed opportunities to strengthen cooperation in digital journalism, artificial intelligence and multimedia production.

The proposed areas of collaboration include exchanging radio and television content, co-producing podcasts and multimedia programmes, and expanding professional training in integrated newsroom management, digital technologies and the responsible application of AI.

The discussions also highlighted opportunities for cooperation on content covering sustainable development, innovation, education, tourism and cultural exchange.

Both broadcasters recognised that their existing partnership and shared membership of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union provide a strong foundation for broader practical cooperation and knowledge exchange across the region.
