China Media Group (CMG) has organised its first Intelligent Robot Application Skills Exhibition in Nanjing, bringing together technology companies and innovators to demonstrate advances in robotics and artificial intelligence.

The exhibition, launched on 20 October 2026, featured more than 100 intelligent robot models developed by over 50 science and technology companies. The event highlighted ten practical applications of robotics, including intelligent manufacturing, specialised maintenance operations, tourism services and industrial education.

The exhibition also facilitated the signing of 30 cooperation projects valued at approximately RMB5.2 billion, reflecting growing collaboration between technology developers and industry partners. As part of CMG’s wider AI+ initiatives, the event demonstrated how emerging technologies can support industrial development, encourage innovation and strengthen cooperation across sectors.

Through its involvement in technology-focused initiatives, CMG continues to extend its role beyond traditional broadcasting by supporting dialogue and knowledge exchange on emerging technologies.
