Registration is now open for the 63^rd ABU General Assembly and Associated Meetings, which will take place from 30 October to 3 November 2026 at Cinnamon Life, City of Dreams, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Hosted by MTV Channels (Private) Limited of the Maharaja Media Network (MTV) in collaboration with the ABU, the event will bring together broadcasters, media leaders, policymakers, industry experts, and partners from across the Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Held under the theme “Media for Peace and Humanity: Truth, Trust, and Transformation,” this year’s General Assembly will explore the vital role of media in fostering public trust, promoting dialogue, and addressing the challenges posed by technological disruption, misinformation, and rapid social change. The programme will feature the General Assembly sessions, Administrative Council and committee meetings, strategic forums, and discussions on content production, sports, AI, digital media, public service broadcasting, and regional cooperation.

As the ABU’s flagship annual gathering, the event offers an invaluable opportunity for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration while helping shape the future of broadcasting across the region.
