Ikegami has received Technology and Engineering Emmy® Awards for its pioneering developments such as digital techniques for automatic setup of color studio cameras
(HK-312, HK-357A), electronic cinematography camera (EC-35), Skin-Tone Detail, control edge enhancement technology first applied to a broadcast camera (HK-327), and in 2010, for “Development and Production of Portable Tapeless Acquisition”, to which Ikegami has contributed for years since its introduction of the Editcam tapeless ENG camera recorder.
