TRT, established on 1 May 1964, serves as Türkiye’s public service broadcaster. Headquartered in Ankara, TRT has many offices in Türkiye and abroad. TRT is a member of international associations such as ABU, EBU, CMCA, COPEAM, ITU, IMC, EIM and CEPT. TRT employs around 7,000 people. TRT operates the following 17 TV channels:

TRT operates 16 radio stations including TRT Radyo 1, TRT FM, TRT Radyo 3, TRT Nağme, TRT Türkü, TRT Radyo Haber, TRT Radyo Kurdi, TRT Radyo World, TRT Radyo Arabi, Memleketim FM, Voice of Turkey and five regional radio channels.
Besides, TRT also has TRT Vizyon, Bir Dünya Müzik, TRT Akademi magazines; TRT Haber, TRT Arşiv, TRT İzle, TRT Dinle applications and airs web broadcasts in 41 different languages and dialects.
