Vision IPTV is a specialist provider of live broadcast over the Internet and has the capability to extend high quality Internet-based viewing experiences onto connected FreeviewHD devices. This enables international broadcasters such as CCTV, for the first time to reach expatriate viewers.

The signing ceremony, which took place in Beijing, ratifies an agreement which was initiated in London earlier this year. The launch will incorporate three live channels from CCTV with further channels and content to be added in quick succession.

Mr Tong Zhu, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of CCTV said: “CCTV has been very impressed with Vision IPTV’s innovative technology and the quality of the team put together to help us deliver this new service in the UK. We look forward to widening our collaboration in the coming months”.
