Al Jazeera set for Romania

The English language version of Al Jazeera is to become available in Romania, sat-universe.com reports.

Quoting the country’s National Audiovisual Council(CNA), Mediafax reports that it will broadcast on a frequency licensed by the UK’s Ofcom and have carriage on Bucharest-based Ines.

The latter is operated by the Ines Group and the longest operating IPTV service in Romania, having made its debut in 2006.
