NHK Assured of Extending Further Cooperation with BTV

A delegation of NHK International Japan called on BTV Director General M. Hamid at his office. During the meeting, they discussed on programme exchange and other partnership possibilities between the two broadcasters.

President of NHK International Mamoru Morohoshi led the delegation.

The delegation included First Secretary of Japanese Embassy in Bangladesh Hideki Igawa, NHK Director Yosheo Ueno and Executive Director Junroku Hiraoka.

Mr Morohoshi assured BTV of extending further cooperation in programming and related areas. He showed interest in broadcasting drama like ‘Oshin’ with Bangla dubbing. 

The delegation also viewed the facilities of BTV, including the News Room, Studios and Editing Panels.
