NGO releases first Afghan Media Directory

Afghanistan’s Nai Institute for Open Media announced the release of its first Media Directory which contains lists of radio, television and print media in the country.  This first ever initiative aims to rectify an information vacuum on the booming media industry in the country.

Nai was established in 2005 and it works to promote a strong and independent media sector in Afghanistan through training, advocacy and production projects.

The original Directory was published in Dari.  The English and Pashto versions of the guide are now available in hard copy and electronic formats. For more information and copies of the publication visit the Nai website or email amina.adal@nai.org.af .
