There are just 100 days till the 49th ABU General Assembly in Seoul, Korea. Organizers at the Korean Broadcasting System Seoul Secretariat are gearing up for the event, encouraging early registration to ensure the participation of as many ABU member organizations as possible.

ABU President Dr Kim In-kyu, who is also the President and CEO of KBS, urged participants to register at their earliest convenience.

“July 3 marks 100 days before the start of the General Assembly,” he said. “Preparations are well underway and KBS, as your host, is at the ready to welcome one and all. Now is the time for participants to confirm their plans to join us.”

Dr Kim said the ABU Secretariat’s online registration system is intuitive and easy to use.

Registration for the General Assembly, visa assistance, and accommodation is ongoing at the ABU conference homepage. Early registration is critical to ensure that all participants who need visas are issued with them in a timely fashion. Additionally, the ABU has negotiated with four designated Seoul hotels special rates that will expire on September 1, after which rates are subject to change.
