MediaCorp: Official Broadcaster for London 2012 Paralympics Games

MediaCorp will celebrate the Paralympic spirit with its upcoming broadcast of the London 2012 Paralympics Games, from 29 August till 9 September 2012.

With MediaCorp’s appointment as the Official Broadcaster of the London 2012 Paralympics Games, Channel 5 and HD5 will air the Opening and Closing Ceremonies live and commercial-free, with same-day Primetime encores. 

Further, 2-hour highlights will be carried daily at 5pm that captures the best of daily action. MediaCorp platforms Today, Channel NewsAsia and radio stations will also provide updated coverage through sports news bulletins. Those who miss the coverage on TV can also watch it on xinmsn Catch-Up TV.

The London 2012 Paralympic Games will see 4000 athletes from 162 nations competing in 20 different sports.
