First Phoenix Awards for Documentary Launched

Phoenix Satellite TV and its subsidiary video website Phoenix Video have jointly launched the 1st Phoenix Documentary Awards.

The project is is being coordinated in partnership with the Video Cultural Committee under Beijing International Communications Association, other professional documentary production companies and mainstream media organizations.

It aims to find outstanding directors and work to boost industry development.

Awards including Most Popular Doc, Best New Doc and Best Doc will be released at the end of October.
