SNTV, Reuters and Perform to distribute World T20 news

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has signed Sports News Television (SNTV), Perform and Reuters News as distributors for the ICC World Twenty20 Sri Lanka 2012 event, sportzpower.com reports.

These deals guarantee news broadcasters around the world will have access to news highlights from matches, press conferences, player interviews and event-related stories, providing up-to-the-minute information to more than a billion viewers across the world.

“The ICC already has a long-standing relationship with SNTV and Reuters News,” said Campbell Jamieson, ICC general manager – Commercial.

“We are glad to have them on board for the next exciting instalment of the ICC World T20 as they have an excellent distribution,we also welcome Perform as an ICC news access licensee for the first time at one of our major events. Their inclusion will further add to the distribution and reach of the event” he said.
