ZEE launches 2nd Arabic channel

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL), India has launched Zee Alwan, its second Arabic channel catering to the Middle East. The free-to-air channel will feature 180 hours of original programming per month, besides popular Indian serials dubbed in Arabic.

ZEEL’s first Arabic channel Aflam, launched in 2008, is also a free-to-air channel, and airs Bollywood movies dubbed in Arabic.
