MCOT, Thailand brought smiles to children in the south

MCOT Plc delivered donations to children in Narathiwat province under its “Add More Smiles to the Children in the South” project.

Executives, announcers and DJs of MCOT as well as a Miss Thailand delegation delivered gifts including books, learning equipment and sports gear donated by organizations to children in three southern border provinces.

The donation ceremony took place at the Tha Phraya Sai dam in Muang Narathiwat municipality of Narathiwat province. The gifts will go to local schools, mosques, temples and hospitals in the far South.

Narathiwat Governor Apinant Suethanuwong said the donation project brought smiles to local youths and also boosted the morale of officials in the far South because it reflected concerns from people in other corners of the country. The governor expressed his gratitude towards MCOT for implementing the project.
