News revamp for Beijing TV, China

Beijing TV will launch a new round of revamps to build up strong brands in the fields of news broadcasts, variety shows and other distinctive content in the New Year. 

Existing news programs on Beijing Satellite TV and BTV News Channels such as Morning Beijing (Beijing Ninzao) and Special Focus (Tebie Guanzhu) will move to primetime and assume longer time slots.

In addition, live news broadcasts will increase to 17 hours per day and include more live reports from news bureaux.

Other channels under Beijing TV will also be launching their own programming revamps, cmmintelligence.com reports.
