URTI extends deadline for International Grand Prix Author’s Documentary
Documentary makers have until April 15, 2013 to submit their entries to the 32nd URTI International Grand Prix for Author’s Documentary, to be awarded during the 53rd Monte-Carlo Television Festival in June.
The competition rewards the best documentaries from all around the world. In television, the International URTI Grand Prix for Author’s Documentary enjoys the greatest recognition due to the strong participation in the award and to the quality of the programmes accepted. In 2012, the organisers received 255 documentaries from 182 broadcasters.
The competition is open to all public and private television organisations as well as to the associations and institutions working in audio-visual media. Two entries are allowed for each organisation or TV channel.
