Nepal’s Kantipur TV to hit Malaysian airwaves

Kantipur TV (KTV) is poised to become the first Nepali channel to hit the Malaysian airwaves. It will start broadcasting in Malaysia on July 8, through ABNXcess, the country’s sole cable television service provider.

KTV has partnered with Asia Authentic Technologies to start its broadcast through ABNXcess that was officially launched by Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, ekantipur.com reports.

ABNXcess currently provides 68 channels and it expects to expand this offering in the future. The cable service also provides high-speed internet to its customers.
