FIC launches original Chinese-Language entertainment show

Fox International Channels has produced an original bi-weekly entertainment news show titled SCM Cine which premiered last week on Chinese movie channel SCM.

According to Rapid TV News, the show is broadcast both in Asia and internationally, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, the US and Canada. Hong Kong producer and celebrity, Helen To, is hosting the programme in which she interviews prominent producers and actors and showcases the latest news in the Asian film industry.

The production of SCM Cine is in line with Fox International Channels’ commitment to producing more locally relevant content in Asia and for Asian audiences. Fox says the show’s broadcast to countries outside Asia such as the Australia, the US and Canada underscores the network’s aim to promote quality Chinese content internationally and take “SCM to the World”.
