Japan’s Dentsu secures Olympic rights for Central Asia

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has awarded Japanese ad ginat Dentsu the broadcast rights for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi and the Rio de Janeiro Olympiad in 2016.

Dentsu Inc. has acquired broadcast rights on all media platforms in the respective territories.

IOC President Jacques Rogge said, “We are pleased to reach this agreement with Dentsu, and look forward to ensuring the best possible broadcast of the Games is made available in the region.”
