MediaCorp appoints Head of Digital Enterprise

In a move to capitalise on its latest digital initiatives and grow new revenue streams, Singapore’s MediaCorp has appointed Mr. Nick Fawbert as its Head of Digital Enterprise effective 1 August 2013.

Nick was instrumental in the formation of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) in Singapore, getting key industry players on board the IAB to develop the local digital ecosystem.

Prior to joining MediaCorp, he was CEO, Third Space Consulting, a boutique Southeast Asia interactive digital media consultancy firm.

MediaCorp CEO Shaun Seow says: “I welcome Nick to the team and look forward to his insights on the digital space which is a key focus of MediaCorp. His joining is indeed timely, seeing how the company’s been riding the digital wave, building up a range of popular assets and investing in an e-tailer and online games publisher.
