YuppTV launches on-demand service for South Asians worldwide

YuppTV, an OTT platform featuring 150-plus Indian TV channels, is launching a movie-on-demand service on its platform for South Asians worldwide.

Users can subscribe to a monthly package or watch the channels on a pay-per-view basis on multiple Internet-connected devices, World Screen reports.

Uday Reddy of YuppTV said, “We are extremely pleased to launch our new offering, Movie-on-Demand. This new product will provide an opportunity to the large segment of the South Asian community across the globe to watch Indian movies at their own convenience.

“Movies which could not be released in foreign shores due to high distribution costs can now be easily made available in any part of the world. We are confident that Movie-on-Demand will receive an excellent response from South Asians across the globe,” he added.
