2018 APSCC Young Talent Award/Southern Hemisphere Space Studies Scholarship
Kuala Lumpur, 22 October 2018 – MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“MEASAT”) announced today that Conrad Chee, MEASAT’s Principal Engineer, Spectrum Management was selected as the winner of the 2018 Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council (“APSCC”) Young Talent Award and the recipient of a full scholarship for the 2019 Southern Hemisphere Space Studies Programme.

players – ATEME, BBright, Binasat Sdn. Bhd. (“Binasat”), Celebrities Management Private
Limited (“Celebrities Management”), Cisco and MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd.
(“MEASAT”) will be collaborating to transmit via satellite UHD/4K HDR (High Dynamic Range)
content using the HLG (Hybrid-Log Gamma) standard.
