China markets first 110-inch Curved UHD TV

Chinese television manufacturer, TCL Corporation, has announced the launch of the world’s first 110-inch curved ultra-high-definition television.

TCL and Hisense have introduced television using quantum dot technology that enhances the picture clarity.

TCL has been focusing on smart television aggressively. The company projected 2014 income from smart TV services at CNY 3.6 million (USD 587,447).

The 110-inch TV was first unveiled at IBC in Berlin in September this year. TCL has not yet announced the pricing points for the new range.
