MTRK-Uzbekistan, Asiavision New Member

During the ABU News Group meeting in Sendai, Japan, MTRK – Uzbekistan has also joined Asiavision. The agreement was signed by Dr Javad Mottaghi ABU Secretary General while MTRK was represented by Ms Nargiza Numanova, the Chief Specialist. 

MTRK – The National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan is the national broadcaster of Uzbekistan, operating four television networks.

Two new channels were launched by the company in  2013: ‘Madaniyat va Marifat’ (‘Culture and Enlightenment’) and ‘Duno buylab’ (‘Around the World’).
