Singapore high presence at Hong Kong FILMART

The Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) will lead a delegation of 34 film companies to the Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART). Advent Media Group, 13 Little Pictures and BFG among others will  show over 180 hours of film and TV content from Singapore.

MDA says that the content, which will be presented at the FILMART, covers a wide range of genres, including drama, comedy and romance. The themes of the films and TV shows are not only focussed on Singaporean culture, but are universally identifiable.

“King of Mahjong”, “A Fantastic Ghost Wedding” and “Ah Boys to Men 3′s” are some of the movies that will be shown at the at the Singapore Pavilion at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.  Some of the content shown at the Hong Kong FILMART is focussed on life in China.
