ABU teams up with RTM and KBS for a Reality Show Workshop in Kuala Lumpur

The ABU Programming Department in collaboration with RTM-Malaysia will run a workshop on Reality Show from 9 to 10 June 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The workshop will be held at IPPTAR, the RTM training centre and will gather some 40 participants coming mainly from Malaysia and other ABU member countries such as Brunei, Singapore, Thailand and Mynamar.

The two trainers who will conduct the workshop come both from South Korea – Kim Kwang Soo, Chief Producer of Entertainment Department at Korean Broadcasting System and Yu Sung Chan, Independent Writer with extensive experience in Reality Show programmes.

During the 2-day workshop, different topics will be discussed, for example, Is the Reality in Reality Show Real? How to make Reality Show? Why Korean Reality Shows fascinate the World? and Create additional revenue by exporting Reality Show Format.
