57th ABU Sports Group Conference and Associated Meetings
24-26 October 2015 Istanbul, Turkey
On behalf of ABU Sports Department Kuala Lumpur, it is my great pleasure to invite you and your delegation to the 57th ABU Sports Group Meetings to be held in the Istanbul, Turkey, from 24th to 26th October 2015. This meeting will be hosted by Turkish Radio Television Corporation (TRT).
The venue for this year’s Sports Meeting is the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel, with the central location, surrounded by lush gardens, offering close and panoramic views of the Bosporus.
The ABU Broadcast Rights Committee and the Sports Finance Committee Meeting will meet on 24th October 2015. The general meeting will be held on 25th and 26th. For this October gathering ABU Sports will make its best efforts to bring an open and interesting forum for sharing experience and developing mutual cooperation between the members. We are also supposed to follow up the matters we have discussed or agreed so as to drive for a desirable outcome. Therefore, we would highly appreciate your active participation and fervent support so that the meeting will be a worthy one.
The online registration has been launched at the ABU website www.abu.org.my. In particular, I would like to draw your kind attention to the 1st September 2015 deadline for hotel bookings. After that, rooms are subject to availability and possibly at higher rates.
