Entries open for Asia-Pacific Child Rights Award for Television

The ABU and partners are calling on broadcasters and producers to submit entries for the 2016 Asia-Pacific Child Rights Award for Television.

The prize, sponsored by ABU, UNICEF and CASBAA, is given each year to the best television programme on children’s rights produced in the Asia-Pacific region. Now in its 16th year, the Award recognises the efforts of broadcasters and producers in pursuing high quality children’s programming and better coverage of children’s issues.

Entries must have been broadcast between June 2015 and June 2016 and must be received by Wednesday 15 June 2016. The award will be presented during the ABU General Assembly in Bali, Indonesia in October 2016.

More information is available at the Award’s website.
