Legal and IP Services Officer
Seemantani Sharma is the Legal and IP Services Officer of the Asia – Pacific Broadcasting Union since June, 2016. She is licensed to practice law in India. She has numerous publications in American and European law journals including the Journal of Intellectual Property & Practice. Prior to joining the ABU, she worked as a legal and policy fellow at the George Washington University where she worked on fair use provisions affecting libraries and archives. She holds an LLM in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University Law School while her Bachelor of Laws are from India
