Standardisation & Quality Management
The importance of standardisation and quality management in the media and broadcast industry cannot be underestimated. There has been a renewed interest in adopting these standards since the deliberation by the Quality Management Committee on the quality management standards in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March 2016. It is widely perceived that the adoption of these standards enhances organizational efficiency, reduces operational costs and improves the working relationship existing both within and outside the organization.
In March, 2016 the Committee finalised the adoption of the ISAS MEDIA 9001 : 2016.
