TVB launches online shopping mall TVB Anywhere

Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) launches an electronic shopping mall, named TVB Anywhere, which looks set to change the way people around the world watch TVB dramas and other programmes.

Overseas viewers in Canada, UK, Australia and beyond can access TVB Anywhere which will offer them more than the usual OTT or video streaming service.

“The shopping mall carries the popular TVB Jade, News and other thematic channels including Asian Action, Entertainment News, TVB Live Shows and TVB Radio as well as voluminous video-on-demand programmes which can be viewed on our prescribed set-top box or mobile app.” Mr Desmond Chan, TVB Deputy General Manager (Legal & International Operations) said.

At the moment, those residing in US, New Zealand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong do not have full access to the shopping mall. They could view the channels/programmes through TVB local partners.
