Channel NewsAsia explores famous Asian Cities

Similar to human beings, cities are alive; they have a spectrum of personality traits. Cities can be a soulmate for some but a complete mismatch for others. City DNA is a documentary that explores fascinating aspects of living in five of the most popular cities in the Asia region.

Inspired by the utopian life with 8 hours of rest, work and play, the 13-part series covers various grounds that are key facets of city living. From the affordability of home rental and diversity of career options to the varying perceived demographics in each society, Channel NewsAsia explores Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei and Seoul like never before. In each episode, Channel NewsAsia looks at the most appealing facets and biggest drawbacks of the featured city.

City DNA will be aired from 4- April 2017.
