TV New Zealand renews content deal with ITV Studios

TVNZ in New Zealand has renewed its output agreement with ITV Studios Global Entertainment (ITVS GE) for all its content in the country.

One of New Zealand’s leading commercial broadcasters, TVNZ reaches more than 2 million people through TVNZ 1, 2, DUKE, its online entertainment destination TVNZ.co.nz and its news site 1NEWS NOW.

Renewing in 2018, the new multi-year deal means TVNZ will continue to have first look across all of the UK broadcaster’s genres including drama, entertainment, factual entertainment and documentaries. As well as airing new series including Victoria, Cold Feet and Prime Suspect: Tennison, TVNZ will continue to show some of ITVS GE’s most popular series from Coronation Street and Emmerdale to The Chase and The Jeremy Kyle Show.
