ABU Workshop on Training of Trainers concludes in Kuala Lumpur

A one week workshop that sought to explore key issues that potential trainers need to understand on teaching and learning techniques was conducted with Afghan students/media professionals in Kuala Lumpur on 16 – 20 April.

The training focused on how to create a learner- centred and successful learning environment in order to achieve effective training outcomes in their organisations.

The learners/participants acquired knowledge and developed skills and strategies required to conduct training that will enhance learner’s engagement, develop techniques and skills for hands-on training back in Afghanistan.
