Emeritus artist Viet Hoan
| Winning first prize in the Singing contest in Thai Binh at 18, Hoan decided to pursue revolutionary and chamber music and often performed songs about Vietnam’s land and people. Though he was born in a peaceful time, Hoan still manages to evoke the heroic atmosphere of Vietnamese revolution and history through his songs such as “Comradeship” which features the close friendship between soldiers during the war.
