In anticipation for the ABU KIDS 2020, we would like to invite those who are involve in programmes for children, such as producers, directors, etc from broadcasting organisations in Asia to fill in this short survey by Monday, 23rd December 2019.

The survey can be found in this link: http://survey.abu.org.my/index.php/survey/index/sid/281844/newtest/Y/lang/en

If you have any enquiries or any difficulty in accessing the survey, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thanking you in advance for your feedbacks.

ABU KIDS is a mini-summit that gathers all relevant industry players in children’s content productions. It aims to make children’s programmes more attractive and accessible in all platforms (TV, radio and online) for today’s kids.

In addition to knowledge sharing, ABU KIDS also consists of Children’s Item Exchange session, which requires its participants to bring minimum 4 short children’s programmes.

WHY  YOU SHOULD PARTICIPATE

  • Obtain broadcast materials for other programmes from other ABU participants at rights-free.
  • Obtain broadcast materials for other programmes from the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) Erfurt Exchange Programme at rights-free.
  • Review and discuss on the shown programmes with expert(s) and other participants.

There would also be at least one workshop for participants, sharing sessions on production techniques and upcoming events related to children’s programmes that take place around the world.
