ABU PROFESSIONAL SELLING SKILLS (PSS) AND STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOPS

We are pleased to inform you that ABU is organising the above two useful and interesting workshops back to back from 3^rd – 6^th December 2018 in Kuala Lumpur. The workshops are methodically divided into two parts: (1) Strategic Planning and (2) Professional Selling Skills (PSS).

STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP (3-4 December)

The Strategic Planning workshop will equip the participants with new tools and approaches to managing organisational and human resources that can be applied within their organisation. Participants will be provided with the theory and practical hands-on experience to develop a rolling Strategic Plan based on information, gathered by the participants, about their own organisation before the workshop.

PROFESSIONAL SELLING SKILLS WORKSHOP (5-6 December)

Professional Selling Skills provides an effective and flexible approach to learning, applying, evaluating, and continuously improving the skills that result in strong customer relationships. Each participant will be provided with a complete physical kit containing their training materials.

Participants will have the unparalleled advantage of receiving combined trainings from two joint workshops to build an effective skill set critical to improving the future course of their organisations.

CONSULTANTS

The workshops will be presented by Ken Clark, a long time professional senior level broadcaster who has been accredited in the field by Achieve Global, and Max Underhill, a long time HR Professional and Engineer who has been pioneering the strategic planning field over many years.

The workshop will take place at Cititel Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

There is no registration fee for ABU members.
