David Balme is an aeronautical engineer (McGill) and telecommunications systems engineer (Telecom Paris’Tech – Institut Eurecom). Since April 2005, he has also been the CEO of Challenge Optimum S.A., the French-speaking leader in management systems consulting, training and software.
