The World Economic Situation and Prospects 2022, the UN’s flagship report on the global economy, warns that with the pandemic far from over, the growth outlook remains uncertain. The Session will examine the recovery of the global economy from the COVID-19 pandemic as new waves of infection, labour market challenges, lingering supply-side constraints and rising inflationary pressures persist.
